My Age of Autism Article

Oh, The Places You'll Go!

Today my article ran on Age of Autism. A button-up and matching pinny couldn't make me happier...

  3. This is one of the most on point articles I have read in some time. And from a self-sacrificing parents point of view. Very nicely done.

  6. I've shared your article on my blog as well. Is that okay? You stole my words; what a great article. I was especially moved by your statement about "curling up in the fetal position and staying there". I hate that I GET THAT! It's so painful, isn't it?

    Much love to you honey,
    Leslie

  7. Crystal,
I loved your article and it made me sad for so many moms who have experienced this needlessly. I graduated from Murray with a degree in Speech Pathology and have worked with autistic children, so my heart aches for them and for their parents.
I have been supporting exclusive breastfeeding for years (34 to be exact) but few mothers listen. If they breastfeed, they also supplement with formula a very inferior food.
I am here for you and any other mother who wants to feed their child the perfect food! Mothers Milk.

  8. Oh dear. You are a nice sweet lady. How the hell you ended up on my blog is beyond me. I'm not autistic, I'm just drunk when I blog. I read your article and a few other posts and all I can say is "I'm sorry". =(

  9. lol. I honestly have no idea how I made my way there, just clicked on one blog to the next. It's hilarious, though. Humor is good therapy. :) Thanks for the condolences, autism is a tragedy, but we're trying to make the best of it. :)
